Paris Hilton urges U.S. House to pass child abuse act in passionate letter

Paris Hilton is urging the U.S. House of Representatives in a personal open letter to pass a piece of legislation close to her heart. “I ask you to carry it across the finish line,” Hilton wrote in the letter, dated Dec. 16.
