Sunrise in the Marvelous City

In Rio you party, but during Carnival, you learn what partying really is! From sunrise to Sunset, prepare to eat, drink, sing and dance! And our Olympian hosts Johnny Weir and Tara Lipinski are up with the sun to indulge at one of the many impromptu street parties known as “Blocos” that pop up throughout the city. But while, the streets are packed with partygoers, at the warehouses of Samba City, where they’re preparing for the legendary Sambadrome parade, craftsmen are hard at work constructing thousands of costumes and a fleet of two-story floats that’ll make your jaw drop.
