Playing with fire with celebrity chef Michael Smith
Anna takes The Chef’s Pantry on the road to Prince Edward Island Canada and cooks with Celebrity Chef Michael Smith. They start by shucking and slurping raw, Chef Michael also shows us his Bloody Mary Ice it’s like a slushie and takes a mignonette to a new level. Next, they head to an open flame and cook the oysters on hot embers with a homemade Lovage Butter (much like celery).
