Raw Video: Prisoners Taken Outside After Hostage Standoff

After finding a correction officer dead in a prison building at James T Vaughn prison in Smyrna, Delaware Thursday morning, emergency responders took prisoners out into the prison yard and systematically searched each inmate before leading the men inside.
