School Employee Hangs 5-Year-Old Boy From Chalkboard

The grandmother of a 5-year-old special needs student from Georgia is upset after a paraprofessional allegedly hung the boy from his clothing on a hook above the chalkboard April 28. According to the grandmother, Tracy Davis, the teacher and another paraprofessional watched and did nothing. “There is nothing that justifies this,” said Davis. The Rockdale County school superintendent is taking disciplinary action against all three classroom educators.
