Sign up for a surf lesson with local instructor Austin Echardt of Austin’s Surf Camp at the world famous Ditch Plains Beach in Montauk and take in the stunning scenery while riding the waves. Once you’ve worked up an appetite, make your way over to Navy Beach where they’re serving up locally-sourced produce and fresh seafood on their private beach facing Fort Pond Bay.
