Venice Flooding Leads to State of Emergency in Italy

The mayor of Venice, Italy, says his city is “on its knees” after four days in a row of severe flooding. Some famous landmarks have been damaged as a long-delayed flood barrier project to protect the city from extreme high tides remains unfinished. NBC News’ Claudio Lavanga reports from Venice.
