Derailed Green Line T train spells chaos for commuters from Boston

As a derailed MBTA train remained where it came off the tracks of the Green Line near Lechmere Station amid an NTSB investigation, commuters were forced onto buses, and plenty of people had gripes — though some riders have said they’ve become used to it.
