Lee brings whitecaps and wind gusts to Cape Cod, Scituate

Coastal communities faced the highest risk of seeing strong wings and outages from Lee, but that didn’t stop residents on the Cape from venturing out on the stormy day to get a look at all of the action, while surfers in Scituate were out taking advantage of the waves.
