NECN INVESTIGATES: Rockland Selectman Accused of OUI

A Massachusetts town selectman is accused of driving his truck and carrying a gun while under the influence of alcohol. Rockland Selectman Korey Welch had no comment for necn after he was arraigned on charges of operating under the influence of alcohol on Tuesday.
