Two Charged in Vermont Fatal Hit-and-Run Accident

Police arrested Gary Hale, 41, and his passenger, Katrina Haslam, 47, in connection with the fatal hit-and-run accident on U.S. Route 5 early Saturday morning in Lyndonville, Vermont. The victim was 46-year-old Mattie Lynn Hale.
