Woman says Mass. farm worker racially profiled her sister, assaulted her after apple picking
A woman says her sister racially profiled in an accusation of stealing apples at Connors Farm in Duxbury, Massachusetts, then she was pushed by an employee, at which point she retaliated. A police officer called to investigate wrote in a report that the farm’s owner appeared to make disparaging remarks about minorities; the farm has released a statement saying it takes the allegations “very seriously” and welcomes everyone “regardless of race, national origin, gender identity, disability, religion.”
