...WINTER STORM WARNING REMAINS IN EFFECT FROM 7 AM THURSDAY TO 4 AM
EST FRIDAY...

* WHAT...Heavy snow expected. Total snow accumulations between 5 and
11 inches.

* WHERE...Sullivan, Northern Carroll, Northern Grafton, Southern
Carroll, and Southern Grafton Counties.

* WHEN...From 7 AM Thursday to 4 AM EST Friday.

* IMPACTS...The potential exists for snowbands that will bring
periods of locally heavy snowfall, which will lead to rapid snow
accumulations. Heavy wet snow will cause weighted tree limbs,
leading to snapped branches, downed trees, and an elevated power
outage threat. Periods of moderate and heavy snow will combine
with low visibility to create dangerous driving conditions. The
hazardous conditions could impact the Thursday morning and evening
commutes.
