* WHAT...Snow expected. Total snow accumulations between 4 and 8
inches. Winds gusting as high as 35 mph.
* WHERE...Southern Piscataquis, Southeast Aroostook, and Northeast
Aroostook Counties.
* WHEN...From 7 PM this evening to 1 AM EST Friday.
* IMPACTS...Travel could be very difficult. The hazardous conditions
could impact the Thursday morning and evening commutes. Gusty
winds could bring down tree branches and lead to reduced
visibility in patchy blowing snow.
