drizzle. A light glaze of ice accumulation on untreated surfaces.
* WHERE...Northeast Connecticut as well as Rhode Island. This
includes the Providence Metro areas.
* WHEN...Until 11 AM EST this morning.
* IMPACTS...Untreated roads may be icy for the morning commute
including in the Providence metro area.
